Your order is shipped the same day or the next business day depending on the time your order is confirmed, excluding weekends, public holidays and cases of force majeure.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs formalities or any event beyond our control.
1) Home Delivery – Colissimo Tracked

• All our products are sent gift-wrapped, in a suitable envelope or parcel.
• If the recipient is absent, the parcel will be placed in the mailbox when its size allows; otherwise, a delivery notice will be left.

United States: for customs clearance formalities, U.S. Customs authorities require the recipient’s U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) for private individuals. This information may be requested after your order to allow the shipment and customs clearance of your parcel.
If the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or does not allow delivery, the cost of a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
3) Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Any such duties, taxes and charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not paid or covered by Fleur du Népal.
They are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping charges paid when placing the order.
Fleur du Népal cannot determine in advance the amount of any such charges, as they depend on the regulations applicable in the destination country.
4) Returns & After-Sales Service
Please return your order directly to our dispatch centre, including your order number. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
In accordance with French consumer law, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. As an additional commercial policy, Fleur du Népal also accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt of your order.
The item must be returned:
• New, unworn, unwashed and free from odours
• In its original gift pouch
• With its care instructions when supplied

If the legal right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days for the entire order, the price of the returned items and the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method will be refunded. If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the standard delivery method offered, the additional cost will not be refunded.
For returns made after the legal 14-day period and up to 30 days after receipt of the order under our commercial return policy, only the returned items will be refunded. The initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges are available from all countries. Reshipping is free of charge only within France.
Refunds are processed within the applicable legal time limits after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Once the refund has been issued by Fleur du Népal, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
