Delivery & Return Information
Your order is shipped the same day or the next business day depending on the time your order is confirmed, excluding weekends, public holidays and force majeure events.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, customs formalities or any event beyond our control.
1) Delivery – Colissimo Tracked
Metropolitan France, Andorra & Monaco
Delivery generally within 48 hours after dispatch. Depending on the date and time of order, delivery may take up to 72 hours.
Please note:
• All our products are shipped as gift packages, in an envelope or suitable parcel.
• If the recipient is absent, the parcel is left in the mailbox if its size allows; otherwise, a delivery notice is left.
Delivery fees: €5 – Free for purchases of €100 or more.
French Overseas Territories
Delivery within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the zone concerned. Colissimo with signature upon arrival.
Shipping fees: €12.
European Union (excluding France) & Switzerland
Delivery between 3 and 7 business days with signature upon arrival.
Shipping fees: €15.
United Kingdom
Delivery between 3 and 5 business days with signature upon arrival.
Shipping fees: €19.
Eastern Europe (excluding EU & Russia), Norway & Maghreb
Delivery between 7 and 10 business days with signature upon arrival.
Shipping fees: €24.
Africa (excluding Maghreb), Canada, United States, Russia, Near & Middle East
Delivery between 5 and 9 business days with signature upon arrival.
Shipping fees: €35.
2) Delivery – Chrono Relais
Available for: France, Belgium, Spain (peninsula), Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland and several other European countries.
Receive your order at a Chronopost Relay Point near your home or workplace. The relay point is chosen after payment.
France

Delivery: 2 to 3 business days
Rate: €4 – Free for purchases of €100 or more.

Delivery: 1 to 2 business days
Rate: €9.
Europe

Delivery: 2 to 3 business days

In case of an incomplete, erroneous, or undeliverable address, the customer may be charged for the cost of a new shipment.
3) Returns & After-Sales Service
Please return your order directly to our dispatch center, accompanied by the order number. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. For commercial purposes, Fleur du Népal also accepts returns up to 30 days after receiving your order.
The item must be returned
• New, unworn, unwashed, odorless
• In its original gift pouch
• Accompanied by its instruction manual, if provided

In the event of a return for a refund for an order shipped to France, when the legal conditions are met, the item and the initial standard delivery costs are reimbursed. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.
Exchanges are possible from all countries. Reshipment is free only for France.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Code. In practice, Fleur du Népal generally processes refunds within 8 business days after receiving and checking the items.
