Withdrawal, Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you receive your order, without having to give any reason.

In addition, Fleur du Népal accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt of your order as part of our extended returns policy.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please contact us by email at contact@fleurdunepal.com, stating your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

For an exchange, please indicate the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items must be returned to the following address:

Returned items must be:
• New
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from odours
• In their original gift pouch
• Accompanied by their care instructions, when supplied

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, the price of the returned items and the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method will be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered, the additional cost will not be refunded.

For returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and up to 30 days after receipt of the order, under our extended returns policy, only the returned items will be refunded. The initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

In the event of an exchange, Fleur du Népal covers the cost of shipping the replacement item only for orders delivered within France.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Once Fleur du Népal has processed the refund, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
