Cancellation, returns and exchanges

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

For commercial reasons, Fleur du Népal also accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt of your order.

How to return or exchange an item?

Please contact us by email at contact@fleurdunepal.com, indicating your order number and specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

For an exchange, please indicate the item you would like as a replacement. The exchange will be carried out subject to product availability.
